Baja Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lbs white fish
- 1 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cups red cabbage
- 1 cups diced tomato
- 1 cups diced avocado
- 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cups fresh coriander
- hot sauce
- 8 soft taco
Recipe
- Marinate the white fish with the garlic, lime juice, olive oil and jalapeno pepper, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill for 20 minutes. While the fish is marinating, prepare the red cabbage, diced tomato, diced avocado, sour cream, fresh coriander, hot sauce for assembly.
- Preheat a nonstick frypan on medium high. Cook for about 6-8 minutes total depending on thickness, turning to char evenly on both sides.
- To serve, break the fish apart and place pieces in a soft taco. Then top with the remaining ingredients or allow your guests to do their own toppings.
