Brie Dip

Ingredients
- brie cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cups sundried tomatoes (soaked)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 cups parsley (chopped)
Recipe
- Cut crust off top and sides of brie cheese.
- Over medium heat, add olive oil, sundried tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and basil for about 1 minute.
- Let cool, add parsley to the mixture and pour over the brie and bake 350 F for 5-10 minutes.
