Cabbage and Apple Slaw

Recipe

  1. Finely slice white cabbage, red onion, carrots, and apples or use a food processor - slice don't mince.
  2. Put them in a large bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Add your mayonnaise, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of cayenne, and the red wine vinegar.
  4. Mix everything together until you've got a perfect coleslaw texture.
