Cabbage and Apple Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 1 red onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 apples
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- olive oil
- cayenne
- 5 tbsp red wine vinegar
Recipe
- Finely slice white cabbage, red onion, carrots, and apples or use a food processor - slice don't mince.
- Put them in a large bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add your mayonnaise, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of cayenne, and the red wine vinegar.
- Mix everything together until you've got a perfect coleslaw texture.
