The Best Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cups olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp feta brine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 cups feta cheese
- 1/2 cups black olives
Recipe
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, feta brine, lemon juice, fresh dill, dried oregano, salt, and minced garlic.
- Cut cucumber, cherry tomatoes red onion, and bell peppers so they are roughly the same size.
- Combine feta cheese and black olives with chopped ingredients, add dressing and toss well to coat.
