The Best Greek Salad

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, feta brine, lemon juice, fresh dill, dried oregano, salt, and minced garlic.
  2. Cut cucumber, cherry tomatoes red onion, and bell peppers so they are roughly the same size.
  3. Combine feta cheese and black olives with chopped ingredients, add dressing and toss well to coat.
