Lamb Kofta with Yoghurt Sauce and Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- chili flakes
- 500 g minced lamb
- 2 tbsp parsley leaves
- 4 tbsp mint leaves
- olive oil
- salt
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 400 g chickpeas
- 4 beetroot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 60 mL (optional) tahini

Lamb Kofta
- Combine diced onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, ground cumin, chili flakes, minced lamb, chopped parsley leaves, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Yoghurt Sauce
- Combine yoghurt, black pepper, lemon juice, small bunch of mint leaves, and cumin seeds.
Beetroot Hummus
- Combine chickpeas, peeled and boiled beetroot, 4 cloves of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and (optional) tahini.
