Lamb Kofta with Yoghurt Sauce and Beetroot Hummus

Lamb Kofta

  1. Combine diced onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, ground cumin, chili flakes, minced lamb, chopped parsley leaves, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Yoghurt Sauce

  1. Combine yoghurt, black pepper, lemon juice, small bunch of mint leaves, and cumin seeds.

Beetroot Hummus

  1. Combine chickpeas, peeled and boiled beetroot, 4 cloves of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and (optional) tahini.
