Blueberry Muffins

- muffin tin
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- blueberries
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
Fold in half the flour, then half the milk. Repeat with remaining flour and milk.
Step 4
Fold in blueberries.
Step 5
Spoon into muffin tin and sprinkle topping.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
