Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

A healthy alternative to chicken wings
Cookware
- baking sheet
- small bowl
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cups water
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cauliflower
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cups hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- ranch dressing
- celery
- carrots
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl until batter is smooth.
Step 3
Add cauliflower to batter and toss to coat. Spread cauliflower onto the baking sheet in a single layer, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, flipping over halfway through for even baking.
Step 5
In another small bowl, whisk hot sauce, melted butter and lemon juice until well combined. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower.
Step 6
Return to the oven and bake until they start to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve hot with ranch dressing, celery and carrots, if desired
