Chris' Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef
- 1/4 tsp soya
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1 can jellied cranberries
- 12 oz chile sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Combine beef, soya, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, pepper, garlic, ketchup & minced onion. Form into meatballs.
Step 3
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Sauce: Combine jellied cranberries, chile sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
