Curried Chicken

Ingredients
- onions
- carrots
- 6 potatoes
- apple
- celery
- margarine
- 2 oz curry powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- stock or water
- Maggi cubes
- pineapple or pineapple juice
- 1 deboned chicken
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice onions, carrots, potatoes, apple, and celery. Sauté in margarine until softened.
Step 2
Add curry powder and let it burn slightly. Add flour and stir to combine.
Step 3
Add stock or water and Maggi cubes to the pot. Add pineapple or pineapple juice to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time.
Step 4
In a separate pan, sauté deboned chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Add to the pot with the vegetables.
Step 5
Bring to taste.
