Lamb Kofta with Yoghurt Sauce and Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- chili flakes
- 500 g minced lamb
- 2 tbsp parsley leaves
- 4 tbsp mint leaves
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 400 g chickpeas
- 4 beetroot
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
- 60 mL (optional) tahini
