Ingredients
- 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot horseradish
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 600 g lean ground beef
- 300 g ground pork
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cups bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- salt
- pepper
- buns of choice
- arugula
- caramelized onions
Instructions
Step 1
To make the horseradish mayo; combine mayonnaise, hot horseradish, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Combine lean ground beef, ground pork, garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Form burgers into 2-inch width, half an inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Sear in hot cast iron pan, 2 minutes on either side.
Step 5
Finish in 450 F oven for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Place on buns of choice. Spread horseradish mayo on top bun, arugula and caramelized onions on bottom bun.
