Tuna Tartare on Chips

Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs sushi grade tuna
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tbsp chives
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 bag premium chips
Instructions
Step 1
In a nonreactive bowl, combine sushi grade tuna, 1 tablespoon chives, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Cover and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
Step 2
To serve, spoon 1 teaspoon tuna mixture onto each chip.
Step 3
Garnish with remaining chives and lemon zest.
Step 4
Serve in a bowl with a spoon and surrounded by premium chips.
