Whipped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Step 1
Boil large potatoes, then mash.
Step 2
Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and butter.
Step 3
Cool and refrigerate.
Step 4
Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
