Nanny Ruth's Flank Steak

  1. Mix together olive oil, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, black pepper and marinate the flank steaks overnight.
  2. For best results barbeque on a preheated super-hot barbeque. Season with Montreal Steak Spice right before grilling.
  3. To freeze for later: Place each steak in a freezer bag. Divide marinade equally in the bags. Remove as much air as possible and freeze. To serve at night take the flank steaks out and let defrost in the sink. When you get home from work dinner will be half done.
