Nanny Ruth's Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cups cider vinegar
- 2 limes
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 cups olive oil
- 8 chicken breasts
Recipe
- Mix well crushed garlic, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, whole grain mustard, cider vinegar, juice of both limes, juice of both lemons, olive oil and marinate the chicken breasts overnight.
- If freezing is desired: Divide chicken breast into desired serving size and place in freezer bags. Divide marinade equally in the bags. Remove as much air as possible and freeze. To serve at night take the frozen chicken out and let defrost in the sink. When you get home from work dinner will be half done.
- For best results barbeque on a preheated barbeque.
NOTE: Nanny's tip - Start cooking the chicken on aluminum foil. When chicken is almost cooked through transfer to hot grates to create grill marks
