Ingredients
- 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot horseradish
- 600 g lean ground beef
- 300 g ground pork
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cups bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- buns of choice
- arugula
- caramelized onions
Recipe
- To make the horseradish mayo; combine mayonnaise, hot horseradish, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 tsp of black pepper.
- Combine lean ground beef, ground pork, garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Form burgers into 2-inch width, half an inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sear in hot cast iron pan, 2 minutes on either side.
- Finish in 450 F oven for 5 minutes.
- Place on buns of choice. Spread horseradish mayo on top bun, arugula and caramelized onions on bottom bun.
