  1. To make the horseradish mayo; combine mayonnaise, hot horseradish, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 tsp of black pepper.
  2. Combine lean ground beef, ground pork, garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form burgers into 2-inch width, half an inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear in hot cast iron pan, 2 minutes on either side.
  5. Finish in 450 F oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Place on buns of choice. Spread horseradish mayo on top bun, arugula and caramelized onions on bottom bun.
