Sous Vide Soft-Poached Eggs

Ingredients
- water
- 2 to 24 eggs
- bread or English muffin
Recipe
- Heat 4-6” of water using the sous vide to 167°.
- Once ready add the eggs being carefully not to crack any eggs. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Once ready remove eggs, submerge into an ice bath for 30-60 seconds just so you can handle them.
- Crack the egg onto the bread or English muffin.
