Spiced Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 4 cups good quality olive oil
- 1/4 lbs thai chillies
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Recipe
- Combine olive oil, fresh thai chillies, garlic, dry oregano, dried basil into a large sauce pan and gently bring to a slow boil.
- Let simmer for 5 minutes and do not remove from the heat let the pan cool in place.
- Once cooled strain and place into a resealable containers.
