Tuna Tartare on Chips

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. In a nonreactive bowl, combine sushi grade tuna, 1 tablespoon chives, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Cover and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. To serve, spoon 1 teaspoon tuna mixture onto each chip.
  3. Garnish with remaining chives and zest.
  4. Serve in a bowl with a spoon and surrounded by premium chips.
