Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 oz yogurt
Recipe
- In a food processor or blender combine cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic.
- Process until well-combined but not liquefied. Then fold in the yogurt.
- Transfer to a separate dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.
